Effect of E-WoHealth on Perceived Body Image, Self Confidence, and Body Mass Index (BMI) among Female Adolescents

Low acceptance of body image can lead to behavioral changes and disorders such as depression, excessive desire lose weight dieting, eating disorders, well low self-esteem. This study aims analyze the effect using E-WoHealth on perceived image, self-confidence, Body Mass Index (BMI) among female adolescents. has obtained ethical approval issued by Faculty Public Health, Hasanuddin University No.105/UN4.14.1/YP.01.02/2023 3.01.2023. was a Quasi-Experimental quantitative with R&D (Research Development) approach two-group Pre-test-Post-test design. The current conducted at State SHS 4 Palopo City from February 20 March 30, 2023. A sample size consisted 108 students, who were selected through total sampling technique assigned into 2 groups, namely intervention group control 54 respondents, respectively. design developed validated learning media called Education Woman later abbreviated E-WoHealth, website containing animated videos, text videos e-booklets be applied educational media. findings indicated significant increase in post-test perceptions respondents p-value 0.000 <0.05, which means there are differences adolescents after being given education E-WoHealth.
